§ The audience

The audience nobody else has.

We don't rent you eyeballs. We introduce your brand to the people who build their livelihoods around bulk freight — the decision-makers moving grain, aggregates, feed, fertilizer, fuel, chemicals, hay, scrap, sand, and cement across North America every day.

The audience is earned, not bought. Every hauler, shipper, and broker in our network came through BulkLoads.com — the load board of record for bulk freight since 2011.

First-party audience. No rented lists.
Owner-operators & fleet managers
The people actually driving, dispatching, and buying trucks.
Shippers, elevators & feed mills
The origin points for bulk grain, feed, fertilizer, and aggregates.
Brokers & 3PLs
The middlemen routing bulk loads across the country every day.
Suppliers & service providers
Insurance, financing, parts, telematics, fuel programs.
§ Six ways to partner

Six channels. One audience.

Most partners start with one channel — usually newsletter or podcast — and expand into YouTube or the conference as trust is built. We actively recommend against doing everything at once. Start where intent is highest for your offer.

YouTube Documentary

A documentary about your company — seen by the industry that matters.

Our team comes on-site with cameras and produces a documentary-style short film on your company, your fleet, your plant, or your people. Published to the BulkLoads YouTube channel and cross-promoted across our owned network.

§ How partnerships work

Three steps. No slide decks.

01

30-minute discovery call

We learn your goals, your market, what's worked, and what hasn't. No pitch, no slides — just a real conversation.

02

A plan, in writing

We send back a custom plan matching you to the channels that will actually move your number — with timing, scope, and investment.

03

Production, launch, measure

Our media team produces the creative, ships the campaign, and reports what happened. You stay in the story, not in production logistics.

§ FAQ

Common questions.

If something isn't answered here, it's worth 30 minutes on a call — every partnership we scope is different, and we'd rather answer your specific question than write around it.

01

Who is a good fit for BulkLoads Media?

Companies selling into bulk freight — trucking OEMs, trailer manufacturers, financing, insurance, TMS and fleet software, parts & lubricants, fuel programs, telematics, commodity buyers and shippers, and ag/industrial brands whose customers are owner-operators and fleets. If your buyer hauls, buys, or moves bulk — you're a fit.
02

How quickly can a campaign launch?

Timing depends on the channel and scope. Newsletter placements and podcast reads ship faster than produced video features or TV episodes. Conference sponsorships are booked around the event calendar. We'll scope realistic timing on your discovery call.
03

Do you produce the creative, or do we?

We produce. Our in-house BulkLoads Media team handles scripting, shoot days, interviews, b-roll, editing, graphics, and publishing. You stay focused on your business — we handle the cameras, the audience, and the distribution.
04

Can we start with one channel and expand?

Yes — most partners start with a single channel to build trust and then layer in additional placements as results come in. We actively recommend against doing everything at once. Start where intent is highest for your offer.
05

Do you handle paid ads on Google / Meta?

Yes, through our Digital Services track. We run paid search and paid social campaigns for bulk-freight-adjacent brands, including landing page builds, tracking, and monthly optimization. This is a separate engagement from editorial placements.
06

What's the typical investment?

Every partnership is scoped custom to your goals, channel mix, and timeline. We share the full rate card and a written plan on the discovery call — there's no public price sheet because pricing varies meaningfully depending on scope.
07

Where does the audience come from?

BulkLoads.com has been the load board of record for bulk freight since 2011. Our newsletter, podcast, YouTube, and conference audiences all grew from there. The audience is first-party and earned — no rented lists, no purchased contacts.

Ready to be seen by bulk freight?

We're a small team — and we take on a limited number of new partners each quarter so the work is actually excellent. If you think there's a fit, let's see.
